Terms and Conditions for Saint Honore Member Program

The Saint Honore Member Program ("the Program") is operated by Saint Honore Cake Shop Ltd ("Saint Honore"). The Program comprises Saint Honore VIP Privilege iCard, Saint Honore Special Privilege iCard, Saint Honore VIP Privilege Card and Saint Honore Special Privilege Card. Participation in the Program is bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Program. Any application for membership in the Program constitutes agreement by the Applicant to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein and any subsequent amendments which may be made from time to time. All Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Terms and Conditions applicable to Saint Honore VIP Privilege iCard and Saint Honore Special Privilege iCard:
  1. Membership is valid in Saint Honore shops in Hong Kong only, and is invalid in branches located in Macau and Mainland China.
  2. Applicants for Saint Honore iCard membership must be aged 18 or above.
  3. Application method for Saint Honore Special Privilege iCard: membership is by invitation only. After downloading the Saint Honore Mobile App from Apple App Store or Google Play, and then entering an authorization no. and personal particulars at the “Non-existing VIP Privilege Card or Special Privilege Card Member iCard Registration” section of “Registration” page in the Members' Area within the app, whereupon a Saint Honore iCard Activation Email will be sent to their email accounts. The registration process is complete once the Applicant clicks on the hyperlink in the email message.
  4. The Applicant must fill out all mandatory fields in the application form with true and accurate information. Saint Honore shall not process any applications with incomplete or inaccurate information.
  5. Each valid email address may only be used to register at Saint Honore once.
  6. The Saint Honore VIP Privilege iCard and Saint Honore Special Privilege iCard is immediately activated when the Applicant clicks on the hyperlink in the Saint Honore iCard Activation Email.
  7. In order to enjoy members' benefits, a valid Saint Honore VIP Privilege iCard or Saint Honore Special Privilege iCard must be presented prior to payment at a Saint Honore branch, or alternatively a member’s account must be logged in prior to any electronic payment made over the Internet; if no valid Saint Honore VIP Privilege iCard or Saint Honore Special Privilege iCard was presented prior to payment at said branch, or the member’s account was not logged in prior to online payment, members’ benefit shall not apply in the course of said transaction.
  8. Members who wish to update their personal particulars or passwords may access Saint Honore’s website at www.sthonore.com/en/ or make changes via the Saint Honore Mobile App.
  9. All information and records (including but not limited to those of the Program) as held by Saint Honore shall be final and conclusive.
  10. Members who would like to use their Saint Honore VIP Privilege iCard and Saint Honore Special Privilege iCard on a new mobile phone may simply re-download the Saint Honore Mobile App and log onto their member’s account.
  11. At the time of writing, the App supports iOS7-iOS9 and Android 4.1-5.0 versions of the operating system. Supported phone models include iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus、Samsung Note 2、Samsung Note 3、Samsung S4 and Samsung S5. You must possess a mobile phone or handheld device which fulfills basic system requirements and is equipped with internet connectivity in order to use the Saint Honore Mobile App. The software will be updated from time to time in order to support new functions and services, and system requirements are subject to change accordingly.
  12. Given that the Program relies on the operation of systems beyond the control of Saint Honore, including communications networks and the Internet, Saint Honore makes no guarantee with regard to uninterruptible operation, quality, or usability of the ProgramSaint Honore nonetheless endeavours to ensure that such systems support the Program in operation.
  13. For the protection of members’ interests, each membership may only be used by the member to whom it personally belongs, and cannot be gifted, loaned or otherwise transferred to other parties.  A cardholder may be asked to provide further identification of membership status where it is being utilized.
  14. Members are responsible for the safekeeping of their Member Cards and account login information. Saint Honore shall not be responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of account login information.
  15. Saint Honore shall deliver the latest information for members and other promotional offers to members through means of communications that have been accepted by members.  Members shall provide up-to-date and accurate contact information to Saint Honore. Saint Honore shall not be responsible for any losses arising from members’ failure to inform Saint Honore of their contact information.
  16. Not all members are qualified to enter all promotional activities.  Saint Honore may arbitrarily restrict members’ right to join any extraordinary promotional activities.  All participating members in promotional activities are deemed to have accepted any and all terms and conditions specified by Saint Honore for the purpose of said activities.
  17. Members who wish to cancel their Member Card Membership may contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2991 6677 during our office hours. Please note that all of your Saint Honore Member Cards owned will be canceled and all Saint Honore eCoupons in an account shall be immediately rendered null and void upon the termination of Saint Honore Member Card status.
  18. Any improper and/or fraudulent behaviour or improper use of rewards from the Program, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate termination of membership and cancellation of all rewards; Saint Honore may take actions to recover damages arising from any of the aforementioned violations against Saint Honore’s interests.
  19. Depending on your membership status, Saint Honore may provide new services from time to time which are subject to pertinent service terms and conditions.
  20. If you have not made any purchases through your Saint Honore Member Card after a stipulated period of time (730 days at the time of writing), Saint Honore shall deem this card to be no longer in use and cancel it accordingly, and all Saint Honore eCoupons associated with the account shall be cancelled with immediate effect.  You must submit a new application for a Member Card if you wish to rejoin the membership.
  21. Saint Honore reserves all rights to decline any application for Saint Honore VIP Privilege iCard or Saint Honore Special Privilege iCard without declaring any grounds for such a decision.
  22. Saint Honore reserves all rights to amend the Terms and Conditions set forth herein at any time without giving prior notice.  Saint Honore shall hold sole and absolute discretion in any dispute arising from either the Program or these Terms and Conditions, and members are wholly bound by any final decision subsequently arrived by Saint Honore.
  23. Saint Honore shall process personal information obtained by the Program in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer of Saint Honore.
  24. Members shall have no right to participate in the organization, operation or management of the Program, and shall further have no property rights, or the right of recourse, to any assets belonging to Saint Honore.
  25. Saint Honore reserves all rights to terminate the operations of the Program without giving any reason at any time, after giving reasonable notice where circumstances allow and where it is reasonable and practicable to do so. In such an event, all privileges and promotions for members shall cease with immediate effect. Saint Honore shall not be responsible for any loss or damages arising from such a termination.
  26. Saint Honore reserves all rights to amend promotions, rules and regulations in the Program, and notify members of said changes in any way Saint Honore sees fit.  All members shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions thus amended.
 
Note: If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
